I don't normally do reviews, but was compelled to do so because of the quality of the product and customer service. We are delighted with the frame. The build quality is excellent and the fact that there are no wires is a huge plus. The software elements are also strong, and I suspect we aren't getting the most out of the frame. Don't expect an iPad-level display, but for me thisbis part of the charm, and in a well lit room from a reasonable viewing distance you really can't tell the difference over a traditional print. We've received many compliments from visitors, who usually don't realise it's a digital frame. We experienced a minor shipping issue when ordering which led to a delay in receiving the product. Customer service were excellent throughout - big credit to Jessica! - and only reinforced my view we were buying from the right people.
This is something I always wanted. A desktop display where I can change the content on the fly and that looks like it is printed. From all the e-ink displays I've looked at Vernula's feature set is the best and most consumer friendly. You can tell that they put in a lot of thought and love into the product. Especially their desktop apps. Every time I look at it I'm fascinated by the quality of it. I highly recommend this e-ink canvas. It's the best you can get. Also I want to highlight their super friendly and helpful customer support.
When we moved into our house 7 years ago, we hung photos on the wall and things looked greatβ¦but now, most of those exact same photos are on the wall. Itβs just a low priority to send new images to print, pick them up, and put them in the frames. The Vernula 13.3β screen has been an absolutely incredible addition to our space. We have a huge playlist that changes a photo once a day in the middle of the night. We get our memories on the wall immediately, and on a screen that doesnβt look like a screen - cause we donβt need more of those in our house! The app is easy to use, the image quality is fantastic (it is eink - so up close its a little painterly, but we like that quality) but from normal viewing distance it blends in nicely with all our other photos. We even put ours in an IKEA frame - there are many that work. Additionally customer support is responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this frame and this company.
